J.R. and his team members Jan and Matt were amazing to work with in our effort to buy a home in Carmel. They were the consummate professionals! They were very patient as we looked at many properties before making our selection. I especially appreciated the fact that they always did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. So refreshing these days! J.R.’s history and knowledge of the Carmel, Pacific Grove, Pebble, Monterey market area was very helpful as we are not from the area. I highly recommend J.R. and his team. Even though you can never avoid some degree of stress in the house buying process they make it a whole lot less stressful than it could be! If I could give more than five stars I certainly would!

J R and Matt took on an impossible task.We put an offer on a home in Oregon with a thirty day contingency clauseJ R came saw the property and helped set the price.He helped with the staging and got our property on the market in the shortest time possible.Knowing the market,JR and Matt received multiple bids and we were able to make our move to Oregon.
